Help enterprises upskill at scale. At Bots & People we design and deliver global upskilling initiatives in topics like AI Data or Personal Productivity.
Tasks
- Deliver engaging (virtual) live workshops on Microsoft Copilot Chat M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio
- Collaborate with other educators and industry experts to ensure the highest quality of educational content and stay updated with the latest developments in AI and related fields.
- Assess and provide feedback on participants progress offering personalized guidance to enhance their understanding and skills in AI technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the training curriculum by gathering participant feedback and implementing innovative teaching methods.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in training about Microsoft Tools - ideally also in Copilot Chat M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio
- 5 years professional experience in enterrpise IT or Digital Transformation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Ideally fluent in German and English
- Flexibility to work on a freelance basis with availability for live workshops and sessions.
