Job Title: Functional Lead Workday HCM

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Lead to drive the overall strategy configuration and optimization of the Workday HCM suite. This role will serve as the functional solution architect ensuring best practices cross-module data integrity and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep Workday functional expertise strong leadership capabilities and experience working with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

Workday HCM Core Certification strongly preferred.
Deep functional expertise in Core HCM plus at least two additional modules such as Advanced Compensation Talent Benefits Absence or Time Tracking.
Proven experience leading Workday functional implementations optimizations or large-scale enhancements.
Strong understanding of Workday business process framework security model reporting and data governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working at Director/VP level.
