Job Title: Quality Analyst (Java Testing DB2/Postgres Mainframe Georgia DOL)

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite - local to Metro Atlanta)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test plans test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform testing activities for Java programs on distributed platforms.
• Execute test program changes update test files run tests review results and validate correctness based on business and technical requirements.
• Validate data and perform queries using database technologies such as Postgres and DB2.
• Utilize Jira for test management defect tracking and workflow coordination.
• Prepare comprehensive program-level and user-level documentation to support the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Organize manage and provide clear guidance to testing teams to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the testing process.

• Hands-on experience testing Java-based applications.
• Proven experience working with DB2 and Postgres databases including query execution and data verification.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including test case design test execution integration testing and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot test and debug software to achieve accurate and reliable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data issues correct errors and create data analysis or summary reports.
• Experience creating detailed technical and user-facing documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with users and obtain sign-off prior to production releases.
• Ability to follow organizational standards for source code management change migration and release procedures.
• Commitment to improving application performance efficiency and operational reliability.

• Working knowledge of Java programming.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Kofax.
• Prior experience working on Department of Labor (DOL) projects or similar government environments.
