Job Summary

Job Title: Programmer Analyst 5 - UI/UX Designer/Developer
Job Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract

Job Description/ Requirement:

3 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
2 years of experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch or equivalent)
2 3 years of experience working with design systems and reusable components
2 years of experience leading user workshops and facilitating design sessions
1 year of experience with accessibility standards and ADA best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with quantitative results-driven design techniques (e.g. A/B testing)
Experience with information architecture
Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
Familiarity with Java and/ environments (desired but not required)
