Description
- Team Leadership: Provide direct line management for a dedicated maintenance team overseeing performance career development and daily operational excellence.
- Full-Stack Development: Drive the development and optimization of multi-tenant SaaS applications using a modern Java and Angular ecosystem.
- Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the full product lifecycle ensuring long-term system stability technical debt reduction and efficient maintenance workflows.
- Level 3 Technical Support: Serve as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues providing expert troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Quality Advocacy: Foster a strong QA mindset within the team implementing robust testing strategies and automated CI/CD processes to ensure high-fidelity data security.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to manage technical roadmaps and ensure the secure real-time exchange of network data.
Requirements
Technical Stack Proficiency:
- Back-End: Expert-level knowledge of JAVA and Spring Boot for building secure scalable microservices.
- Front-End: Advanced experience with Angular for developing responsive data-heavy user interfaces.
- Infrastructure and amp; DevOps: Deep expertise in Docker and amp; Kubernetes and managing Git-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Architecture: Proven experience building and maintaining SaaS Multi-tenant applications and real-time API integrations.
- Emerging Tech (Nice to Have): Exposure to ML Ops or AI Engineering to enhance automated validation workflows.
