As part of continued growth the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The role will initially be based on a new Dublin project and offers exposure to a variety of commercial and residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
Manage coordinate and execute the full project scope or designated packages of works ensuring delivery against Health & Safety design technical quality programme and commercial objectives.
Team Leadership:
Lead manage and motivate site and project teams driving a high-performance culture and supporting the professional development of team members.
Stakeholder Management:
Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients consultants subcontractors and all other project stakeholders.
Planning & Risk Management:
Deliver effective short- to medium-term project planning proactively identifying and mitigating risks to meet programme and stakeholder expectations.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote best practice and continuous improvement across the project team including the adoption of new methods approaches and technologies to enhance project delivery.
