Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
Location: Remote
Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST

Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client-facing technology projects specifically within network services and phone system installations. This role requires someone who can act as the bridge between technical service providers and clients ensuring smooth execution clear communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and technology service providers.

  • Manage and track projects related to network services and phone system installations.

  • Ensure timely updates and effective communication between all stakeholders.

  • Translate technical concepts and terminology into clear client-friendly language.

  • Monitor project milestones timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

Hard Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook Teams).

  • Familiarity with telephony systems UCaaS and general project management practices.

  • Experience collaborating with technology service providers.

Soft Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a client-facing context.

  • Self-starter who works independently while maintaining accountability and transparency.
