As Sales Field Representative you will play a key role in driving growth across the North-West Hungary region. This is a highly autonomous field based position where you take ownership of developing new business deepening customer relationships and strengthening NX Cargo-Partners presence in the market. The role is centered around direct customer engagement uncovering opportunities and transforming their needs into tailored logistics solutions. What Youll Do

    • Identify approach and develop new customers and market opportunities.
    • Build maintain and expand long term customer relationships that drive business growth.
    • Lead customer meetings deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with confidence.
    • Build strong operational knowledge to manage and enhance contractual relationships with existing clients.
    • Recognize market trends and contribute innovative customer focused ideas establishing and improving customer information.
    • Manage the full cycle in close collaboration with internal teams to deliver results.

Your Profile

    • 13 years of experience in logistics freight forwarding transport or B2B service sales.
    • Conversational English both written and spoken.
    • Strong sales mindset with a credible persuasive personality.
    • Flexible and resilient in a fast paced dynamic environment.
    • Innovative solution oriented thinking with a proactive approach.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive results driven customer focused attitude.
    • Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
