About the role:
Be the first point of contact for customers via phone email and chat
Help customers find the right products and services proactively assisting both online and offline
Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: Think like a customer
Requirements:
Native or near-native Dutch speaker with high-level English (spoken and written)
- Working permit for in Spain or EUPassport
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
A super friendly solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
Dynamic flexible team player with creative problem-solving skills
Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate
Salary:gross/month
