About the role:

Play a key role in a busy Real Estate practice advising across a broad range of leasing matters including:

• Retail leasing renewals variations assignments and negotiations.
• Portfolio leasing support for landlords and asset managers.
• Project and development leasing for retail and mixed-use sites.
• Drafting and negotiating leases and related documentation.
• Direct client engagement and day-to-day matter management.

The ideal candidate:

• 5 years PQE and a strong leasing background (retail preferred).
• Excellent drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability.
• The ability to manage priorities deadlines and competing workflows.
• Clear professional communication skills (written and verbal).
