Responsibilities

Provides computer hardware and software installation and support to end users throughout the hospital system.

Qualifications

Required

Two (2) years demonstrated work experience supporting personal computers and technology
One (1) year professional work experience supporting personal computer software and building computer hardware for enterprise.
Experience with standard operating systems and desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows Microsoft Office Professional)
Must possess excellent analytical skills.
Must possess excellent communications and customer service skills.

Preferred:

Associates Degree in Information Systems or other technical field
A certification or equivalent certifications
Two (2) or more years experience in professional environment supporting personal computer software hardware build installations and end user support for enterprise or health care.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Experience with standard enterprise information technologies (e.g. Microsoft Endpoint Products System Center Active Directory Virtual Desktop Mobile Device Management)
Experience working in technical support at healthcare facility

Work Hours:

8AM-4PM
