You will take full ownership of the marketing engine focusing on content distribution and community growth. Working directly with the COO you will transform long-form podcast content into viral social assets manage multi-channel distribution and engage with industry voices. This is a high-impact execution-first role designed for a creative data-driven marketer.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:

Deeply familiar with social media algorithms and internet culture with a talent for creating click-worthy hooks
Proactive and organized enough to own projects from initial briefing through to performance analysis and optimization
Proficient with creative tools such as Figma Canva and basic video editing software like CapCut or Descript
