Job Summary
Job Title: Associate Collections
Location: Mumbai
Working Hours: 11:00 PM 8:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves hands-on involvement in the end-to-end collections process and offers exposure to credit control risk assessment and customer relationship management in a professional B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular follow-ups with sellers and buyers for outstanding payments via calls and emails
Track shipments and align collections with delivery milestones
Convert outstanding receivables into effective Promises to Pay (PTP)
Identify potential risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Ensure adherence to internal compliance and collection protocols
Achieve assigned collections targets and contribute to overall team performance
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or a related field
12 years of relevant experience in collections
Prior experience in B2B collections preferred
Experience handling high-ticket-size accounts
Exposure to escalation management and compliance-driven collections is an advantage
