Job Summary

Job Description:

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

The job holder is mainly responsible for the daily work of ground testing performing and attesting GTI/RTI trouble shooting to support the normal progress of Flowline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Perform check. control ground test and attest the conformity of the system and the operability of the aircraft and ensure the safety of people & A/C according to ground test instructions (GTIs) and Repeat test Instructions (RTIs) defined by Ground Test Design.
Provide shop floor support and Trouble Shooting during the ground test and challenge time and quality with given aircraft status and planning.
Ground Test Performers should finish all the related training and finally get QA.
GTP performs root cause analysis if the test result is not compliant with GTI/RTI.
Note: The GTIs and RTIs are based on ground test requirements (GTRs) defined by Engineering Technical Data i.a.w. Aircraft Definition Dossiers Airbus Standards Regulations and Processes Quality Fundamentals and Health Safety and Environment (ASI).
Ensure the FOT target is achieved on time and on quality.
Continuous improvement for the test team.
Tool management and 5S on related stations and offices area.
Fully respect the company process and government regulation.
Ensure the safety of the Aircraft and the staff during performing GTI. Escalate risk points through speak up or SMS etc.

QUALIFICATION

Priority will be given to those who have the T1T2 training certification.
Priority will be given to those who have the Electrical license.
Priority will be given to those who can use office systems such as SAP MES AIRINA tandem

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good to have: 2 years for bachelor degree 5years for technical secondary degree.
English level: CET4 or equivalent degree.
Being able to work in an international team.
Be familiar with aircraft systems.
Basic knowledge about SAP electrical drawing.
Basic knowledge of aircraft manufacturing or maintenance.
Good to have: Trouble shooting experience in the aviation area.
Good to have: Familiar with test tools.
Quality customers oriented mindset.
Google office system basic skill.
Good to have: Google office system professional skill or data analysis skill.
Strong logical ability.
