Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

负责按照测试计划要求按照测试流程要求开展NPI/ANPI/NTI产品的试验与验证包括仪器的安装数据的采集数据的分析报告和改进性建议

Responsible for NPI/ANPI/NTI validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirements including test instruments setup test execution and data acquirement data reduction and analysis reporting out test result necessary improvement comments

负责按照测试计划地要求按照测试流程要求开展CPI项目的试验与验证包括仪器的安装数据的采集数据的分析报告和改进性建议

Responsible for CPI project validation test according to the test plan and test procedure requirementsincluding test instruments setup test execution and data acquirement data reduction and analysis reporting out test result necessary improvement comments

负责组织SYC的产品认证并支持 CE/CUTR/ARAI/LCVM等必需的国外认证测试

Responsible for CQL Product Nation certification and international regional certification test such as CE CUTR ARAI LCVM etc.

负责测试流程的开发维护和管理

Responsible for test procedure development update and management

负责测试数据最终报告的管理确保合规

Responsible for test data and test report management and make sure it compliance.

负责主管领域测试能力的拓展和规划

Responsible for role related test capability development and planning

负责主管测试领域测试仪器设备的发展维护与管理

Responsible for role related test instruments development maintenance and management

支持或组织各种内部的和外部的竞争性的测试

Support or Organize competitive test inside or outside CQL

支持测试场地的发展维护与管理

Support test ground development maintenance and management

Skill Descriptors

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Product Testing: Knowledge of product testing approaches techniques and tools; ability to design plan and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure product quality at all stages of manufacturing.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques; ability to anticipate detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing or product development environment.

Desired Qualifications:
