Southwest Autism Center of Excellence is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder of all ages across multiple programs and settings located in North Phoenix Mesa and Central Phoenix. Placements are based on program needs and staff interest and may include:

Adult day treatment and community-based programs

Adult residential programs

In-home ABA services

School-based services

Community and clinic-based programs

What Youll Do

As a Behavior Technician youll work under the supervision of a BCBA using ABA and evidence-based practices to help individuals build independence and life skills. You will:

Implement individualized behavior and treatment plans

Support communication social daily living and independent skills

Facilitate one-on-one and group sessions

Participate in community outings

Collect data and collaborate with the clinical team

What Were Looking For

21 years of age or older

High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience

Valid AZ drivers license and Motor Vehicle clearance

Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
