Your New Role...

We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to jointhe HBO Max EMEAContent Planning team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about streamingentertainmentand content operations.

Youllwork closely withthe planning teamand cross-functional partners to ensure our content pipeline runs smoothlysupporting the team with essential trackingdocumentationand presentation tasks.

Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail strong organisationalskillsand a proactive flexible approachbeing ready to support the team on any task as needs arise.


Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Helpmaintainandcontent release plans ensuringaccurateclearandtimelycommunicationtoall key stakeholders.
  • Update internal systems trackers and databases to ensure content slates timelines and operational information remainaccurateand up to date.
  • Check andvalidatemetadata across titles to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with internal guidelines.
  • Prepare and support the creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings newsletters and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders helping manage information flow acrossContentMarketingOperations andProduct teams.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement ofAirtableand other tracking systems.
  • Assistwith ad-hoc research data gathering and cross-team requests as.
  • Provide flexible hands-on support to the team as priorities shift.


Qualifications & Experience...

  • You must be a current University student in your 2ndyear of study looking to spend your 3rdyear on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive adaptable and ready to support the team on any task as.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft ExcelandPowerPoint
  • A positive proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the entertainment or media industry and the EMEA market isadvantageous.
  • Experience withAirtableor similar content tracking toolsisadvantageous.

The Internship

  • Salary: 27000p/a
  • Contract Length: 12 months
  • Start Date:6thJuly 2026
  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
