TheHR Placement Studentwill become a valued member of thewell-establishedUK Human ResourcesTeamworking within the broader European HR Teamproviding vital support across HR operations and talent acquisition.
This rolewill providesignificant exposure to HR processes stakeholderengagementand employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Support the HR team with day-to-day administration across the employee lifecycle
Maintainaccurateemployee data and documentation
Assist with HR reporting andad-hocHR projects
Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate interviewswithin the UK in partnership with theEuropeTalent Acquisition Team collaborating closely with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and scheduling
Support recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Early Careers Recruitment
Take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process for our2027 UK PlacementStudent intake
Liaise with universities candidates internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Support employer branding and student engagement initiatives

Experience working with the core MS digital products (Outlook TeamsExceland PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skillswillingness to engage with stakeholders at all levelsand the confidence to speak to candidates
Committed to helping build a more sustainable and digitallyenabled future
You will bestudying for an undergraduate degree (ideally in HR BusinessPsychologyorarelated field) havingcompletedyour second yearyou will beseeking a 12month placement as part of your course.
