Experience: 8-10 years
Must-Have
- 8-10 years of experience as a Solution consultant/architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic Customers
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Ability to Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends
- Lead ServiceNow workshops to determine customers requirements and create use cases product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
- Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop opportunities
- Lead ServiceNow development team as per sprint timeline Solution Demo & Deployment as per Sprint schedule
- Lead the team on end-to-end deployment
- Answer technical questions from customers channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
Good-to-Have
- ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
- Create detailed technical designs that align with the clients short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrate with third-party technologies effectively.
- Bring thought-leadership within project team which can create certainty in the solution when there is client ambiguity and lead the client to informed architectural sound solutions.
- Serve as the expert advisor to clients partners and project teams leading solutioning sessions & workshops shared understanding and building a bridge between disparate organizations through technical expertise and leadership
