As a Medical Office Assistant for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians youll:

• Provide excellent customer service to our patients at JHCP in Edgewater MD.
• Receive incoming and make outbound telephone calls to schedule appointments process patient medication refills process referrals and take messages for the providers.
• Check patients in and out collect copays and respond to patient messages.
• Verify insurance and collect demographics.

What Youll Need to be Successful:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
• EPIC experience is very helpful!

Salary Range:Minimum $0/hour - Maximum $0/hour. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
