Open workstation and clinical area

DRESS CODE:

Scrubs preferably Navy Blue

COMPUTER SOFTWARE:

Health Management System (HMS) Microsoft Office

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Medical Assistant Certification

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide direct patient care services of a medical nature in a clinical setting
Knowledge of basic medical terminology
Phlebotomy skills as well as administering IM and Subcutaneous injections
Ability to administer and read accurate blood pressure testing
Interviewing patients and obtain a complete medical history
Ability to keep accurate records
Distribute prescribed medications
Effective communication skills
