This is an automated outreach role not a marketing role. Youll build and optimize the systems that power direct outreach email sequences LinkedIn messages social DMs and multi-channel follow-ups. If your background is in advertising content marketing or brand this isnt the right fit.

Compensation

Up to $350000 max total compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

Weve already validated the approach. Now we need you to build the systems that make it repeatable and scalable.

  • Youve mapped and optimized our lead-to-close outreach pipeline
  • Youve built automation workflows for multi-channel outreach (email LinkedIn social DMs)
  • Youve connected our tools into a unified GTM stack (CRM outreach enrichment analytics)
  • Youve established dashboards and metrics we actually look at daily
  • Youve identified bottlenecks in the outreach flow and implemented fixes

What Youll Do

  • Build the outreach machine design and implement the systems that move leads from first touch to closed deal via direct outreach
  • Orchestrate multi-channel sequences email LinkedIn Twitter/X DMs Instagram DMs build flows that feel personal at scale
  • Connect the stack integrate CRM outreach tools enrichment scheduling and analytics into a seamless workflow (HubSpot Apollo Clay Phantom Buster Calendly Zapier Make etc.)
  • Automate everything possible lead routing follow-up sequences data enrichment task creation notifications
  • Own pipeline visibility build dashboards that show whats working whats stuck and where to focus
  • Optimize reply rates identify drop-off points in the outreach flow and implement fixes
  • Enable the sales motion make it easy to run high-volume personalized outreach without manual grunt work
  • Document and systematize create playbooks so the process scales beyond you
  • Take ownership of results good or bad

What Were Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps Sales Ops GTM Engineering or similar focused on outreach not marketing
  • Hands-on experience building and connecting outreach systems (not just managing them)
  • Experience with social DMs at scale LinkedIn Twitter/X Instagram preferred
  • Deep fluency with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce Pipedrive etc.)
  • Proficient with automation platforms and integrations (Zapier Make n8n Clay Phantom Buster etc.)
  • Experience with outreach and enrichment tools (Apollo Outreach Salesloft Clearbit ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Systems thinker you see the whole outreach pipeline not just individual tools
  • Comfortable with ambiguity fast iteration and scrappy execution
  • Not looking for a team to manage youre ready to do the work yourself
  • Experience at a venture-backed startup is a HUGE plus
