About the Opportunity
We are representing a market-leading Real Estate and Hospitality conglomerateranked among Singapores Top 50 Employersto find a technically proficient Infrastructure Systems & Solutions Architect. This is an ideal transition role for a hands-on engineer ready to pivot into solution design vendor orchestration and large-scale project leadership. You will be instrumental in deploying robust technology foundations for new property developments luxury hotel openings and retail innovations across the region.
Core Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Solutioning & Design (70%)
Technical Architecture: Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure frameworks for greenfield developments and business expansions.
Network & Security Orchestration: Architect resilient network and security environments with a focus on cloud-managed solutions (Cisco Meraki ecosystem).
System Integration: Oversee the integration of infrastructure stacks with specialized hospitality technologies (including HSIA IPTV PABX Smart Lock systems and CCTV).
Strategic Proposals: Author and present technical whitepapers and solution options to cross-functional business leaders to drive technology adoption.
2. Resilience Governance & Security (30%)
Service Continuity: Partner with the Operations team and Engagement Managers to maintain high-availability across cloud compute storage and networking platforms.
Operational Excellence: Conduct system health audits and identify optimization pathways for infrastructure reliability.
Vendor Ecosystem Management: Manage external service providers to ensure adherence to SLAs cost-efficiency and quality of technical delivery.
Security & Compliance: Drive governance activities including vulnerability management access control audits and ensuring compliance with modern security frameworks.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related Engineering discipline.
Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in infrastructure engineering with a preference for backgrounds in Hospitality Real Estate or Large-scale Retail environments.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of networking protocols and hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki hardware/software.
Hybrid Cloud Knowledge: Working familiarity with Microsoft Azure and fundamental security principles (Firewalls IDS/IPS Access Control).
Soft Skills: Exceptional documentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical jargon into actionable business insights.
