Job Title: Tech M&A Specialist - Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manager with up to 14 years of experience in managing technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) specifically focusing on IT Separation related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT separation skills including Data/DC Migration and System Integration along with a deep understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies. This role is designed for a leader who can run M&A deals end-to-end from a technology standpoint ensuring the successful execution of IT separation initiatives while guiding the team with their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technology aspects of M&A deals focusing on IT separation projects related to Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure ensuring successful migration and integration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their separation requirements and develop tailored strategies that align with their business goals throughout the M&A process.
• Serve as a key pillar in engagements leveraging your strong understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies to guide and mentor the team performing the separation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful execution of separation projects on time and within budget with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about trends in IT separation cloud technologies and M&A best practices to drive service improvements and strategic decisions.
• Provide technical insights for proposals and engage in client discussions to support business development efforts particularly in the context of M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

• Up to 14 years of experience in IT with a focus on managing technology aspects of M&A IT separation and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing IT separation projects within M&A deals with a successful track record of implementation and operation.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective separation strategies.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT separation cloud technologies or M&A processes are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in data migration and system integration tools to streamline separation processes during M&A transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of security practices and compliance standards related to IT separation in the context of M&A.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
