Job Description

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce services qualify prospects and generate leads
Research and prospect new opportunities using directories social media and market tools
Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Collaborate with the team on outreach strategies messaging and campaign improvements
Participate in occasional in-person networking and outreach initiatives
Track activities leads and outcomes accurately in CRM and reporting tools
Contribute creative ideas for branding content and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with new people daily.
Strong work ethic goal-driven mindset and desire to outperform targets
Adaptable and coachableable to adjust approach based on results and feedback
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and activity levels effectively
Interest in building a long-term career in sales marketing or leadership
Comfortable with cold calling and learning structured sales processes
