TheSr. Manager SAP Lead to Cash (L2C)willleadthe design configuration and implementation of SAPsales anddistribution solutions. This role requires deepexpertisein SAPL2Cprocesses and strong leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses onoptimizingorder-to-cash processes pricing strategies and customer interaction workflows to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead the SAPL2Cteam in solution design configuration and deployment.
Define andmaintainbusiness processes for sales and distribution including pricing output determination and order management.
Solution Delivery:
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Oversee integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO MM) and external systems.
Operational Excellence:
Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution across business and IT teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
Collaboration:
Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and projects.
Interface with vendors and external partners for solution delivery and support.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on SAP innovations and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or related field.
10 years of SAP SD experience including at least5years in a leadership role.
Expertisein SAP SD configuration (pricing VOFM routines output determination access sequences).
Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and integration points with other SAP modules.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of SAP integration tools and cloud platforms.
