AI is a core part of our work from intelligent automation and search to large language model

(LLM)-powered applications agentic workflows and decision-support systems. Our engineers work across multiple types of initiatives: rapid Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) shared AI frameworks and production-grade systems.

We operate in a cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure) build primarily with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript and deliver modern web applications using frameworks such as React or . We value strong engineering fundamentals pragmatism and operational excellence.

What you will be working on

As a Fullstack AI Engineer you will:

• Design build and maintain end-to-end AI-powered applications covering frontend backend and AI components.
• Deliver Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) by rapidly building working prototypes to validate feasibility and demonstrate value within short timeframes.
• Build and enhance core AI frameworks libraries and reusable components to enable faster and more consistent AI development across the team.
• Develop production-grade AI systems ensuring scalability reliability security and maintainability.
• Implement LLM-powered features including prompt design orchestration structured outputs and evaluation.
• Build agentic or multi-step AI workflows using modern AI frameworks (e.g. LangGraph LangChain or similar).
• Design and integrate search and retrieval systems including data ingestion vector indexing and hybrid search.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python-based frameworks (e.g. FastAPI Django) and/or intuitive user-facing interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React ).
• Contribute to LLMOps / MLOps practices including model versioning evaluation monitoring and deployment workflows.
• Work with cloud infrastructure containerisation and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and operate AI systems.
• Balance speed and robustness appropriately across POCs shared frameworks and production systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers designers other engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Debug monitor and improve systems in production upholding high standards of operational excellence.

You should have:

• 26 years of professional software engineering experience with exposure to full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript (React or similar).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture RESTful APIs and system design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
• Comfort working across different problem spaces from rapid POCs to longer-term platform work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.

Nice to haves

• Experience in any of the following is a bonus:
• Building shared platforms frameworks or developer tooling.
• Experience delivering POCs or pilot system AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph LangChain DBOS or similar.
• Search retrieval or RAG system implementation.
• Exposure to LLMOps MLOps or GenAI operational practices.
• Containerisation (Docker) CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience in regulated enterprise or government environments
• Familiarity with observability monitoring and incident response.
