Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Engineer Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Singapore this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and overseeing cutting-edge mechanical engineering solutions for various building and infrastructure projects.
- Design and perform calculations for mechanical engineering works including ACMV fire protection systems plumbing and sanitary systems
- Conduct technical feasibility studies life cycle analyses and planning for building engineering projects
- Develop comprehensive study reports design reports and technical specifications for mechanical engineering projects
- Prepare detailed tender documents and evaluate proposals providing thorough assessment reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively
- Implement innovative mechanical engineering solutions while staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical engineering issues as they arise
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project phases
- Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to enhance project efficiency and accuracy
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building standards into project plans
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience in building and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to mechanical engineering
- Expertise in ACMV fire protection systems plumbing and sanitary systems
- Experience with technical feasibility studies and life cycle analyses
- Familiarity with tender processes and contract administration
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies in mechanical engineering
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organization
- Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions for complex engineering challenges
