Job Description:
Pratt & Whitney is seeking structural aero-thermal methods development engineer in our Systems Data science & Methods team at the Pratt & Whitney India Engineering Center (IEC) in Bengaluru India.
The intern will be responsible for:
- Learn and work with the team in the development of structural aero-thermal methods for the aero-engine design applications.
- Explore and develop new analytical automation methods as defined.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
- Understand the details of milestones schedules & quality of deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of mechanical design aero-thermal processes
- Understanding finite element analysis techniques (Structural CFD)
- Understanding in any of the following: Python Java JavaScript HTML SQL CSS
- Good communication skills and working as a team player
