The role we are offering you:

By joining our team you will have the opportunity to support the Global Operations Excellence team. This internship offers hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and contributing to strategic initiatives that make a real impact across the organization.

Are you ready to:

• Lead and support continuous improvement projects by applying recognized methodologies such as PDCA 8D A3 Lean Six Sigma and BPM (Business Process Management).

• Build process maps and identify inefficiencies.

• Perform gap analyses to determine areas for improvement.

• Organize and facilitate workshops focused on problem-solving root cause analysis process mapping and other related topics.

• Identify recommend and implement solutions.

• Create and communicate the action plans to implement the solutions.

• Monitor and report on the progress of the continuous improvement projects to ensure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various CAE sites.

• Atout : Certification Six Sigma Ceinture verte/noire PMP.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Previous internship in continuous improvement operational excellence industrial engineering project management or related field.

• Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to influence listen actively and collaborate.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.

• Atout : Certification Six Sigma Ceinture verte/noire PMP.

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
