This position plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment within the procurement function. Key Responsibilities

• Drive the purchasing process from identifying procurement needs to supplier selection negotiations and contract management ensuring purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with guidelines
• Participate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers conducting due diligence and negotiating terms
• Monitor and control purchasing costs seek cost saving opportunities negotiate favorable terms and optimize resource allocation
• Foster relationships with suppliers address concerns resolve issues and collaborate on improvements
• Ensure purchasing activities adhere to regulations compliance standards and internal policies
• Contribute to quality control standards conduct inspections and performance assessments
• Support procurement budget management allocate resources efficiently and seek cost effective solutions
• Implement sourcing strategies identify opportunities for supplier diversity sustainability and innovation
• Leverage technology solutions to enhance purchasing processes monitoring and reporting

YOU MUST HAVE

• 4 or more years of experience in procurement purchasing or buying
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of buying strategies supplier relations and cost control.
• Proficient in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations candidate must be a U.S. person which is defined as a U.S. citizen a U.S. permanent resident or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
