About the role:
As a Principal Strategic Project Lead in the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) you will lead unique projects within the WPB team. This will include breaking down complex tasks into tactical plans with minimal oversight and working with cross-functional teams to outline and execute plans in the support of the goals of the Parts Business.



You will report to the Manager of Strategic Projects. This role can be based out of either Cranberry Township PA or New Stanton PA.



Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals and mission needs.
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations; monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Track and manage project level and organizational KPIs.
Work through unique issues with minimal oversight.
Lead post-implementation review to assess project outcomes and identify lessons learned for continuous improvement
Understand Westinghouse Parts Business strategic initiatives to anticipate future focus areas
Establish and maintain effective communication within varying teams
Facilitate regular communication with project sponsors stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency accountability and alignment.


Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business engineering or related field.
8 years of relevant experience
Experience in multiple business areas including project management supply chain product management operations
Experience in mentoring coaching and developing teams


We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position which is dependent upon experience qualifications and skills is estimated to be $116800.00 to $146000.00 per year.
