Were looking for aBusiness Process Senior Associateto join our Insurance Operations this role you are responsible for providing administrative support to the claims adjudication process.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for claims processing and adjudication.
Organize and manage claims-related documents for easy retrieval and accuracy.
Assist in setting up new claims and updating system records.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Maintain compliance by preparing and managing required documentation.
Support system updates and data accuracy for claims-related activities.
Required Qualifications:
College Graduate in any field
Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong technical analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy attention to detail and ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.
Demonstrates initiative and accountability
Commitment to high level of quality and customer service
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle stress and work in a high-pressured environment
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Must be able to work on the night shift
