As the first talent hire you will treat recruitment as an engineering challenge to scale a high-performance team. You will build automation tools and systems to identify elite technical talent streamline the candidate experience and empower hiring managers with data-driven workflows. This role is pivotal in accelerating access to next-generation healthcare technology.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate:

• Has 14 years of experience in an ambitious environment with a strong engineering mindset

• Possesses technical proficiency in building products hacking tools or using software to solve problems

• Exhibits exceptional communication skills aligned with MECE principles and intuitive social intelligence
