About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager - Residential Aged Care you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Marketing to drive the strategic direction planning and execution of marketing initiatives across the country. This role is pivotal in enhancing the experience of our elderly residents generating inquiries and promoting our brand in key regions. You will lead the development of marketing strategies create comprehensive plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these initiatives into the broader business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to support growth objectives and cater to the unique needs of our elderly residents.
• Establish frameworks and marketing toolkits to support local sales teams and operations.
• Represent Residential Care marketing at key meetings offering insights and strategic advice .
• Evaluate home performance and address occupancy shortfalls using data-driven decision-making always prioritizing the comfort and happiness of our residents.
• Lead targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve conversion rates with a focus on the benefits of our care services.
• Champion innovation in digital marketing automation and AI-led strategies to better serve our elderly community.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and content that resonate with our residents and their families.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual with a proven track record of at least 5 years in a corporate marketing role within the aged care industry. You should be someone who can effortlessly connect with various stakeholders across the organisation from those with a clinical background to operations and sales.

In addition you will bring:

• Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications preferred (e.g. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field).
• Demonstrated experience in driving integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong experience in utilising data-driven insights for decision-making and optimising marketing campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal teamwork and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with various digital tools such as project management systems and CRMs.
• A commitment to compassionate leadership ensuring that all team members feel valued and supported.
• Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCares Christian identity and values.
