Job Title: Expense Report Admin
Location: 2 T.W. Alexander Drive Research Triangle Park NC 27709(Hybrid)
Timings: 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM; 1 Hour Lunch Time
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-3 Years.
- Skills: Adobe/MS Excel/Outlook Emails; SAP(preferred).
- Virtual Interview (between Jan 20 to Jan 23).
Description:
Position would be assisting business analyst with accounts payable and expense report auding tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Preparing invoices to be sent into our accounts payable system.
- Obtaining approvals for invoice payment.
- Working with vendors to obtain proper documentation to establish their vendor accounts in our system.
- Supporting our sales team by addressing questions and concerns regarding invoices and expense reporting.
- Filing paid invoices.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines.
- Needs to be highly organized.
- Basic experience working in Excel Adobe and Outlook.
- SAP experience preferred.
