The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly Theatre Recovery team at St Andrews Ipswich Private Hospital. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient safety clinical excellence and working collaboratively within a specialised perioperative setting.

About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Proven clinical experience within a Theatre Recovery.
A strong dedication to providing high-quality patient-focused care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
A commitment to upholding the core values of Ramsay Health Care including integrity accountability compassion and innovation.
Skills and Experience
Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
Minimum three (3) in a Recovery nursing role essential.
Paediatric and Adult Advanced life support desirable.
Available to work across a 7 day rotating roster and take part in on call duties.
Demonstrate the ability to assess plan coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
