Job Summary
Description
- Performs data processing of complex Learning Management System (LMS) transactions according to Work Instructions
- Trains certifies and coaches team members to perform LMS data processing
- Investigates LMS data errors prepares related summary report for the client and updates Work Instructions as appropriate
- Pulls Learning Management System reports manipulates data and prepares summary for client review
- Trains and coaches all team members in accordance with Work Instructions and coordinates project assignments
- Investigates and responds to client issues such as audit discrepancies
- Monitors to determine that client standard operating procedures and processes are maintained
