Job Summary

Main tasks and responsibilities as Program Member:

作为项目成员的主要任务和职责

Verify VOC and determine Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) parameters to be tracked and maintained throughout the product development.

了解和确认客户的要求并通过系统的产品开发过程来确保客户的关键质量特性

Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevant quality & problem prevention activities also including coach of quality tools.

制定质量计划并组织相关的质量和问题预防活动还包括质量工具的指导

Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closing the loop between Lesson Learned/quality history D/P-PMEA DVP&R and Control Plan.

利用质量工具率先在经验教训/质量历史记录D/P-PMEADVP&R 和控制计划之间形成闭环

Participate in program management stage gate reviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA DFM DFA etc.) to ensure the appropriate quality input.

Support to evaluate design concept and participate in design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design review document.

Using statistical techniques to create test plans for reliability testing.

Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability of products.

在项目中推动和支持DFSS六西格玛设计活动以提高产品的设计稳健性和可靠性

Assure prototype/OTS/PPAP sample quality delivered to customer.

确保交付给客户的样品质量包括原型样件OTS和PPAP样件

Implement Lessons Learned/Warranty fixes to products under development (DFMEA).

把经验教训和售后反馈的经验总结导入到新项目开发阶段尤其是在DFMEA的时候

Lead PPAP to customer.

组织公司内部PPAP文件汇总评审并递交给客户

Lead MSA for new project and support to gauge/test fixture requirement plan.

组织对新产品相关的量检具的MSA活动

Main tasks and responsibilities outside of Programs:

计划外主要任务和职责

Establish optimize and maintain the communication process for DFSS.

建立优化和维护DFSS的通信流程

Specify and maintain relative procedures.

指定和维护相关程序

Interaction with PQE for handover at special quality gate.

与PQE互动在特殊质量门进行交接

Support to budget planning about quality control tools/gauges based on new product/program requirement.

根据新产品/计划要求支持质量控制工具/量规的预算规划

Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

参加信息安全保护培训遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策

Job requirements:

任职要求

Bachelors degree or above
Major in Mechanical Material Automatic industry engineering or relative auto industry area.
Work Experience 3 years or above relative job experience
3年以上相关工作经验
Be familiar to quality management system and key tools such as APQP PFMEA MSA SPC PPAP 8D.

Know the basic rule of DFM/DFA QFD DoE FMEA DVP&R SPC Reliability CQI11/15/23 etc.
DFM / DFAQFDDoEFMEADVP&RSPC可靠性等有基本的认识
6 sigma green belt or black belt will be preferred.

Familiar to GD&T and IATF16949 VDA6.3 auditor certification or IATF16949 internal auditor certification are preferred.

Skill Customer focus new product/process development and introduction experience

Others project management and good coordination among cross functions
Must have the awareness of information security protection.
