The Role
As School Business Support Officer you will provide operational and administrative support across finance HR and compliance functions. The role is busy and varied requiring excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing purchase orders and invoices in line with budget allocations
Supporting payroll administration and staff contract documentation
Maintaining the Single Central Record and safeguarding compliance files
Monitoring income streams including trips and extended provision
Supporting audit preparation and financial reporting tasks
Managing administrative systems and updating pupil records
You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure that statutory requirements are met and operational processes run efficiently.
