As a Performance Analyst you will work closely with Growth Marketing and Product teams to analyze performance measure the impact of campaigns and product changes and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance & Growth Analytics
- Analyze and optimize performance across acquisition retention engagement monetization and marketplace efficiency using data to identify key drivers of growth and inefficiencies.
- Develop a holistic understanding of marketing and growth activities across channels and initiatives connecting performance signals to make clear recommendations on prioritization de-prioritization and resource and budget allocation.
- Define track and own core performance metrics and apply cohort analysis to understand how these metrics evolve across user segments over time.
- Apply growth accounting and distribution-level analysis to decompose growth into New Retained Expansion Churned and Resurrected components and assess the depth and scalability of product-market fit.
- Translate analytical insights into data-informed recommendations for product strategy go-to-market focus and investment prioritization.
- Build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks to support executive and cross-functional decision-making.
2. Experimentation & Impact Measurement
- Design analyze and interpret A/B tests and controlled experiments to evaluate campaigns product features and growth initiatives with a focus on measuring true incremental impact rather than relying solely on aggregate metrics.
- Apply counterfactual reasoning to assess what would have happened without an intervention and use uplift or incremental response analysis to identify which users are most likely to benefit from specific treatments.
- Support data-driven targeting and personalization strategies to maximize ROI while minimizing waste and negative user impact.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in performance analytics product analytics business intelligence or data analytics in a tech e-commerce or marketplace environment.
- Strong growth sense user experience and business impact.
- Having experience in digital marketing is a plus.
- High ownership mindset curious & connect-the-dot mindset proactive and detail-oriented; comfortable going beyond surface-level insights.
- Ability to build compelling visualizations and analytical narratives.
- Strong proficiency in Excel SQL (preferably BigQuery) and Python (pandas numpy scikit-learn statsmodels).
