Job Summary

Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate Chef de rang ready to support our exceptional restaurant team.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the service team and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.

Assign tasks to the commis de rang ensuring that each team member knows their responsibilities.

Collaborate with culinary staff and other front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

Interact with guests in a professional and kindly manner addressing any concerns or special requests.

Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience and address any issues that may arise during their visit.

Be aware of specials promotions and any additional offering sand promote additional sales through suggestive up-selling techniques.

Place orders for supplies as needed ensuring that there are no shortages during service.

Qualifications :

We required:

Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and employees at all levels

Problem solving especially in high-pressure situations

Good proficiency in using Seltz

Advanced level of English French confidence is a plus

Available for some double shifts during the week

Maintain a clean and organized work area including dining tables service stations and equipment.
