Job Summary

Role Summary

An Operations Manager Dispatch controls the workflow of dispatchers who serve the logistics/supply chain riders. It is their responsibility to ensure all orders are accounted for in each shipment and to ensure each order arrives on time.

Whats On Your Plate

Ownership in taking important planning and strategy decisions.
Oversee budgeting reporting planning and auditing.
Contribute to the development implementation and review of procedures in cooperation with regional and central teams.
Examine data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities.
Reach set targets by driving the mindset towards the companys values and strategy.
Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements.
Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders.
Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the companys culture and encouraging top performance and high morale.
Provide strong and inspired leadership for the organization.
Plan and review compensation actions.

Qualifications :

English proficiency at B1 level or above
Proven background in BPO and E-commerce operations
Minimum 3 years of management experience in operations
Experience managing large-scale and complex operations
Experience handling multi-market accounts
Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
