Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Project Management & Delivery team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP and other technology implementation projects ensuring they meet our clients strategic objectives. You will support in the close collaborate with clients to manage project timelines budgets and resources. Your role will involve hands-on project management to ensure the highest quality of service.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end technology project delivery from initial planning to execution and closure.

- Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines resource allocation and budget management.

- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to communicate project updates risks and issues.

• Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

- Understand clients business needs and objectives and tailor project management methodologies to meet their requirements.

- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality value-added services and solutions.

• Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies methodologies and industry trends.

- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices system architecture and integration strategies.

- Oversee the design configuration testing and deployment of SAP solutions.

• Quality Assurance:

- Implement and enforce project management standards methodologies and quality assurance processes.

- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with EYs quality standards.

- Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Who are we looking for in this role

• Qualification in Project Management
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Registered with the Institute of Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP project management and delivery preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of involvement large-scale technology projects including full lifecycle implementations.
• Excellent project management skills including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
