As a Marketing and Sales Assistant you will:

• Support the franchise CVRM commercial department (both Marketing & Sales)

• Handle all administrative tasks (enquiries requests appointments calls diaries ...) in an optimal timely & proactive way

• Coordinate events meetings projects and guarantee operational success in line with compliance guidelines

• Handle Cost & Spend management

• Be a point of contact with suppliers and cross functional team

• Create maintain and enter information into databases.

• Help organizing and maintain office common areas.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• A degree and/or equivalent experience

• Trilingual: French Dutch and English

• Excellent computer skills: Word Excel PowerPoint outlook internet SAP etc.

Desirable for the role:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
