Job Summary
Were looking for a dynamic Special Projects Lead to spearhead high-impact projects that deliver innovation operational efficiency and growth across our product portfolio and business functions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Rotorks Growth Strategy partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make a tangible difference.
What youll do
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner with the Head of Business Development on product portfolio fit assessments for acquisition targets and manage integration activities for M&A projects.
- Define project scope objectives and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering product management operations and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of business activities and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations managing risks and dependencies proactively.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future projects.

- Proven experience in leading strategic cross-functional projects within a complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience in M&A activities and product portfolio integration is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Technical knowledge:
- Degree in Business Engineering Project Management or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Rotorks markets (flow control automation) and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
- Knowledge of risk management financial planning and stakeholder engagement principles.
