Job Summary

Leadership & Team Management

Lead mentor and develop the off-track events aligned with the highest standard of the team

Sales & Marketing Strategy

Collaborate with the Head of Events to implement the sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth for venue hire and tours.

Event Execution & Delivery

Oversee the operational delivery of events and factory tours at the VCARB factory ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.

Plan and organize complex high-level events managing all logistical aspects while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Administrative Management

Monitor and manage relevant budgets creating purchase orders as required.

Professionalism

Supervise and maintain an organized and safe working environment with adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

Previous extensive experience in sales and coordination experience in the events industry with a proven track record in delivering successful events.

Strong business acumen and sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively close deals.

Proficiency in event management with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.

Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to driving innovative ideas that enhance our event offerings

Available to travel related to events programme.
