Job Summary

FCTG is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned project professional to provide leadership for delivery of Dynamics across multiple countries within the Corporate pillar of Flight the business embarks on the next stage of its growth we are looking at how we standardise and deploy new technologies processes and capabilities globally. This will then allow our global brands to harness the culture of our people to build products and services that our customers love and recommend to others.

This role will oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects reporting and support customer & change planning as needed. The successful applicant will have a deep project and delivery background strong analytical skills and lateral thinking with a hands-on approach to solving challenges and maximising opportunities to do things better. With excellent senior stakeholder management skills and ability to work across time zones the role will deliver incredible growth opportunities and experiences

About you

Prior experience in a matrixed global role is mandatory.
3 years in project management contributing to strategic goals. Demonstrable hands-on experience of successful delivery of 250k -1M projects.
Project and Program delivery methodologies and best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities including strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
