Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern Sales and Marketing you will support the Off-Highway & Large Engine Aftermarket Parts Business in collaboration with experienced team members.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
Support customer enquiries follow-up and meeting preparations contributing to efficient sales processes.
Support pricing analyses and product portfolio identification to optimize business strategies.
Organize and participate in trade shows enhancing brand visibility and generating leads.
Responsible for regular commercial reporting for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Daily Sales Reports Monthly Business Reviews Customer Acquisition Projects) ensuring informed decision-making.
Generate sales leads perform profiling of competitors and key customers to expand market reach.
Build up market data for market volume potential to identify growth opportunities.
Undertake a mid-term project (lasting at least 3 months) as part of Bosch Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to improve sales customer service and/or internal business processes.

Demonstrated interest and passion to work in a dynamic people-focused Sales environment (actual Sales / Account Management / Customer Service experience is a plus).
Strong analytical skills systematic approach and interest to work with numbers.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Positive and pro-active work ethic; a self-starter.
Ability to work independently and function effectively as a team player.
English fluency is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Knowledge of other languages (German or Asian languages) is a plus.
Practical experience with MS Office. SAP knowledge is a plus.
