Site Civil Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering project management and construction with a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects while meeting quality budget and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project designs and plans.
• Review and approve engineering drawings specifications and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities at project sites ensuring adherence to design specifications safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction activities.
• Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential issues.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor construction costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily progress reports material logs and quality control records.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. A Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• 8- 15 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of experience in aviation terminal building projects or similar complex infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Additional Information :

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal fostering a sense of purpose and direction.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles construction techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in using engineering and project management software (e.g. AutoCAD STAAD Pro Primavera MS Project).
